Administration Coordinator - Stadia
H3 is home to Hamilton’s premier event venues – FMG Stadium Waikato, Seddon Park, Claudelands, Founders Theatre and The Grandstand.
We are looking for an experienced administrator for FMG Stadium Waikato to join our team. The stadium is a superbly equipped, modern venue with a capacity of 25,000 and has earned its reputation for providing quality events for its customers.
You will be system and process orientated, and will develop, maintain and operate systems to ensure all aspects of this diverse role function effectively. You'll provide administrative support and customer service duties, and have exposure to large and small events within the stadium precinct.
Your initiative, self motivation and energy will see you hit the ground running in this challenging and demanding role, and your ability to juggle multiple demands to meet deadlines will be key to your success. As events often happen outside normal office hours the ability to work some evenings and weekends is a must. The recruiting salary range starts at $39,500, salary expectations will be discussed with the right candidate.
