Hamilton City Council is looking for a savvy Environmental Health Officer who is highly motivated with the drive, energy and commitment to succeed.
This is a challenging position covering aspects of environmental health relating to food safety and statutory nuisance.
To be successful you’ll have a qualification in environmental health and industry experience, preferably as a Ministry of Primary Industry-approved Food Act officer and auditor. You’ll also be able to carry out the requirements of the position without immediate supervision. Sound communication and negotiation skills are essential, as is professional presentation and appearance.
