Project Delivery Team Leader
Are you an experienced project manager with good knowledge of the NZ Building Act who can lead a team to deliver exceptional projects to our organisation? As Project Delivery Team Leader you will lead the project delivery team to procure, deliver and manage capital and renewal projects on Council building assets. Strong planning and implementation skills are required to ensure consistent and successful project management practices are followed and outcomes achieved.
You will have a relevant business or technical qualification as well as relevant work experience leading a team and managing a wide variety of projects. This will include budget and project staff management, an awareness of customer requirements and a proven understanding of project management processes. Additionally, you will have proven effective communication skills that will enable you to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
The recruiting range for this role is $88,500 - $101,500.
