Electronic tolling starts this Saturday

 

Takitimu Drive Toll Road - the road formerly known as Route K - moves to electronic tolling this Saturday, 1 August.

 

A reminder to Route K card holders that your council account will not cover electronic tolls. See www.tauranga.govt.nz for information about how to get a refund on your TCC account.

 

New accounts should be set up with the NZ Transport Agency. You can also pay for electronic tolling as you go by paying online at www.tollroad.govt.nz, or at selected service stations. Transaction fees apply to tolls purchased at service stations.

 

Tolls can be paid before you use the road, or you have five days to pay after your trip.
