Specifically, this role will include:
1. Experience in the meat industry and food processing environment is preferred but not essential.
2. A strong leadership style with good communication skills and the ability to enforce discipline when required.
3. A preference for getting hands-on on the floor and leading the team from the front.
4. Basic computer skills.
