New Zealand Institute of Sport (NZIS) provides tertiary level education for those interested in a career in the Sport, Fitness and Recreation industry. Courses have been developed to reflect the rapidly expanding and changing needs of this growing industry in New Zealand.

NZIS is a Category 1 provider and part of New Education Group, ACG Education’s vocational and higher learning division.
We pride ourselves on giving internationally recognised qualifications through NZ Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) which has a portability agreement in place with International Confederation of Registers for Exercise Professionals (ICREPs). This means your qualification will be recognised in over 30 countries. REPs also has a partnership with the Asian Academy of Sport and Fitness Professionals (AASFP) in Asia.
