Customer Service Representative

Permanent - Full Time

Are you known as a superstar who customers love interacting with? Then you may be the one to fill the big shoes of one of our experienced staff members who’s retiring after 45 years in the job.

As a Customer Service Representative you are the eyes and ears of our organisation. Providing prompt, friendly and reliable information to each and every customer will come as second nature to you. You’ll become a key part of our dedicated, fun and passionate Customer Services team.

With every customer interaction, you’ll be able to embody our customer promise of being approachable, accessible, responsive and take ownership, to make sure we are delivering the best service possible. 

You’ll need a solid track record of delivering exceptional customer service, cash handling skills and ideally have experience working in a service centre environment.

The recruiting range for this role starts at $39,500 to $44,200 per annum, and could be negotiated for the right candidate.
