The Building Unit at Hamilton City Council is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager with the passion and ability to drive the Unit forward in this goal.

As Operations Manager you will lead the operations team to deliver on the customer promise by providing a “world class” service to Hamilton whilst maintaining an appropriate level of technical and functional competency. 

Reporting to the Building Unit Manager, you will have the ability to manage the KPI requirements of the Building Units operational functions also ensuring the team meets statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Operations Manager will be an influential member of the Building Unit Management Team and will possess the essential leadership skills required to engage their team to adopt the organisational behaviours and deliver the organisations goals.
