IRD 사칭, 사기성 메일 주의

최근에 IRD를 사칭하여 세금 환급을 받을수 있으니 웹사이트에 가입하여 환급요청을 하게 하는 사기성 이메일(피싱)이 성행입니다,
 
IRD에서 보내온  내용에 의하면 $988.50 & $609.30 의 금액을 환급해주겠다는 이메일을 보낸다고 합니다. 실제로 저희 고객중에도 이러한 이메일을 받으신 분이 있습니다. 이러한 이메일을 받으실 경우 링크된 웹싸이트를 절대로 클릭하시지 마시길 부탁드립니다.
 
IRD에서 세금 환급에 대한 내용은 레터로 통보됩니다, 개인에게 이메일로 통보하는 경우는 없다고 생각하시면 됩니다.
만약 이러한(세금 환급관련) 이메일을 받으신경우에 제게 이메일을 전달해주시길 부탁드립니다

We are aware emails are currently circulating which attempt to trick recipients into divulging personal information. These emails are often known as phishing emails - for example, an email may claim to come from Inland Revenue or a tax refund agency and ask you to click on a link that takes you to a fake website.
 
The latest ones are showing refunds of $988.50 and  $609.30 respectively for each recipient.
 
I am aware that some clients are sending these to their agents to query if they are genuine.
 
Please tell your clients not to click on any links within a suspicious email or reply to the email, but to delete the email from their inbox.
Alternatively they may send the email to phishing@ird.govt.nz.
