We are looking for an experienced compliance officer to join the Compliance Team within City Waters at Hamilton City Council.
Reporting to the Regulatory Compliance Team Leader you will be responsible for a mixture of office work (monitoring and analysis of data, report writing) and field work (sampling, site audits) to ensure compliance with consents and legislation. Additionally this role will be customer focused using education and where necessary enforcement to achieve compliance with Hamilton Bylaws.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in compliance processes for consents, plans, policies and bylaws and bring with you a working knowledge of enforcement action process. You will have excellent communication with experience in report writing and have a customer service focus, attention to detail and be process orientated.
